Manufacturing Process Of Color-Coated Coils:
Pretreatment:

- Degreasing and cleaning: remove grease and impurities.
- Pickling: remove oxides and expose the metal surface.
- Chemical treatment: improve coating adhesion through phosphating or passivation process.
Coating process:

- Primer coating: - The primer is evenly applied to the surface of the substrate through precision roller coating equipment.
- Topcoat coating: - The topcoat determines the color and protective effect, and advanced equipment is used to ensure uniform coating.
- Back paint coating: - Apply a thin layer of paint to prevent back corrosion.
Curing and molding:
- The coated substrate needs to be cured at high temperature, usually around 200°C, so that the coating and the substrate are firmly bonded.
