X120Mn12 manganese steel plate (also called manganese hard steel or hard manganese steel plate) has the characteristics of significantly increasing the original low hardness and tensile strength of the cold-worked layer in the quenched state, which is achieved by intensive cold working, but without adversely affecting the original very high durability. Cold working greatly improves the wear resistance of X120MN12 steel plate. X120MN12 grade manganese steel plate can be flanged, bent and perforated due to its high durability.
X120Mn12 steel is a high manganese steel plate with an austenitic structure, which is characterized by a high manganese content (about 12%) and a high carbon content (average 1.00-1.20%). The concentration range of manganese and carbon depends on the equivalent of different source grades.
These steel plates are classified according to material, standard grade, thickness, width and length, and are made into two different forms - sheets and plates.

Features:
Surface hardening during grinding and crushing, good ductility, impact resistance and the ability to withstand dynamic loads are basic criteria for selecting and using steel.
High manganese steel is non-magnetic steel after proper heat treatment.
