The main materials of stainless steel rectangular tubes are 304, 316 and 316L stainless steels, among which 304 stainless steel is a commonly used material with good comprehensive performance, while 316 and 316L stainless steels have better corrosion resistance and can be used in highly corrosive environments.
The manufacturing process of stainless steel rectangular tubes includes cold drawing, cold rolling, hot rolling and other processes. The cold drawing process can produce smaller and more precise tubes; the hot rolling process can produce larger and thicker tubes; and the cold rolling process is suitable for the manufacture of medium-sized tubes.
