With this combination, the steel has both excellent corrosion resistance and rich colors and decorative effects.
The base material of color-coated galvanized steel coil is usually hot-dip galvanized steel, and its surface is covered with a layer of zinc through a process of immersion in molten zinc liquid to prevent the steel from rusting. On this basis, the color coating is then applied, and the coating materials used include different types of coatings such as polyester (PE), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) or epoxy resin.
