410S stainless steel coil, also known as UNS S41008 martensitic steel coil. 410S stainless steel coil has good wear resistance, formability and weldability, and can be used as ultra-high strength material. 410s has better rust resistance, corrosion resistance and weldability than 400 series 420J2 stainless steel coil, and can be used for parts with high toughness and impact load, such as automotive turbine blades, structural frames, linings, bolts, nuts, etc.
The processing technology of 410S stainless steel coil mainly includes steps such as blank hot rolling, pickling, cold rolling, annealing, passivation, etc.
Blank hot rolling is to heat the 410S stainless steel billet to a high temperature, and then press it into shape through a rolling tool. During this process, operations such as adjusting the high-temperature steel king composition and cleaning and roughening of the billet can be performed simultaneously.
Pickling is to immerse the 410S stainless steel coil in an acidic solution to remove the oxide scale and surface impurities on the steel surface to purify the steel surface.
Cold rolling is to roll the heated blank through multiple passes at room temperature to form it.
Passivation is to passivate the surface of the finished product to enhance the corrosion resistance of the steel.
