Description:
330 is an austenitic nickel-chromium-iron-silicon alloy with excellent oxidation and carburization resistance up to 2200°F. The high nickel and chromium content of the alloy provides excellent oxidation and carburization resistance, and the silicon content further improves the alloy's oxidation resistance. 330 stainless steel remains fully austenitic at all temperatures and does not become brittle due to sigma formation.
