Characteristics of 309S stainless steel coil:
High temperature resistance: 309S stainless steel coil can still maintain excellent oxidation resistance in high temperature environment of 1000-1100°C.
Oxidation resistance: Its high chromium and nickel content enables it to form a dense oxide film at high temperature to prevent oxidation and corrosion.
Corrosion resistance: Compared with general austenitic stainless steel, 309S stainless steel coil has stronger corrosion resistance in acidic, alkaline and saline media, especially in high temperature corrosion environment.
Low carbon content: 309S contains a lower carbon content, which reduces the precipitation of carbides during high temperature welding, reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion, and further improves its corrosion resistance.
Applications:
Industrial furnaces: furnace bodies, furnace tubes, furnace nets, furnace bottom plates, etc. of heat treatment furnaces and annealing furnaces;
Petrochemical equipment: pipes, heaters, etc. in production equipment.
Heating elements: used as materials in heating equipment such as electric heating tubes and heating wires.
Boiler equipment: parts that need to resist oxidation in high-temperature boilers.
