Through special equipment and automatic welding process, the high-hardness self-protection alloy welding wire is evenly welded on the substrate. The number of composite layers ranges from one to two or even multiple layers. During the composite process, due to different alloy shrinkage ratios, uniform transverse cracks appear, which is a significant feature of the wear-resistant steel plate.
