SGCC is a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet defined in the standardization organization JIS G 3302 and is mainly used for construction, home appliances, automobiles and industrial purposes. The full English name of SGCC is "Steel Galvanized Cold Commercial". Its manufacturing process is unique, by immersing the cleaned iron parts in a zinc bath, and using the wetting effect of Flux to react the steel and molten zinc to form a corrosion-resistant alloy film. The advantages brought by this process are significant, mainly reflected in the anti-rust performance, which can effectively resist corrosion and oxidation, has excellent weather resistance, and can generally provide 30 to 50 years of anti-corrosion protection in the environment.
