304Ji Stainless Steel Features:
Deep drawing performance: 304J1 has copper added, so it has good formability in the deep drawing process and is suitable for stretching complex shapes.
Welding performance: Like 304 stainless steel, 304J1 has good welding performance and is suitable for a variety of welding methods, including TIG welding, spot welding, etc.
Corrosion resistance: The corrosion resistance of 304J1 is close to that of 304 stainless steel. It is suitable for humid and less corrosive environments, but not suitable for use in corrosive environments such as strong acids and strong alkalis.
Low work hardening: The addition of copper elements reduces the hardening rate of 304J1, and it has good ductility in stamping, bending and processing.
